Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by location, typically 5-14 business days for international orders.
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days domestically and 10-14 business days internationally. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our carrier's website.
Discreet Packaging
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The sender name appears as "Maison de Couture" on the package.
No. Your bank or credit card statement will show a charge from "Maison de Couture" only.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final on intimate products once opened or unsealed. We offer replacements for defective items within our 1-year warranty period.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
We apologize for any errors. Contact us immediately and we will send the correct product free of charge.
Payment & Security
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods through our secure Stripe checkout.
Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Product Care
Clean before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and motor malfunctions. Normal wear and tear or damage from improper use is not covered.
